Eddie Roger is a principal engineer for Target, where he focuses on helping deliver amazing experiences for guests and team members in Target stores.

 

While most things technology spark his interest, his biggest passion is helping make technology tangible for the user, and helping people make the most of the digital world that surrounds them.

In this session, we'll share what it's like for a principal engineer with aspirations of leadership to partner with a strong manager to help build and drive a team to greatness.
