Erin draws from 15 years of experience in managing marketing teams, including 8 years at Target Corporation where she was leading a global team prior to joining Ovative/group to lead their Site Optimization & Testing practice.  Her primary focus is in digital marketing and measurement, but her experience stretches into offline channels and store marketing as well.

In all roles, Erin’s strength in team development has been her differentiator and continues to be a driving passion.  It was her relentless focus on performance coaching that created a natural transition for her to establish and evolve Ovative’s Development and Talent Management programs three years ago. Under Erin’s guidance, Ovative has reimagined performance review conversations, advanced compensation transparency, delivered custom training content organization-wide, and welcomed an office dog, Ogee.

She is looking forward to continuing to scale efforts in Talent Management and Development in 2020 while also taking a leadership role in defining and delivering against Diversity & Inclusion strategies throughout the organization.

Erin has her Business degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.  She grew up 45 minutes from IU and continues to claim Indiana as her “home” although she’s now been in Minnesota for 15 years…!

FULL SESSION

THURSDAY, June 11

11:00 - 11:45 AM

Trust is the foundation of all relationships – if you want to elevate yourself in your professional world, you must trust others and be trusted. But, where do you start?

In this presentation, we’ll cover how both new and seasoned leaders can utilize the C.A.R.E. framework Erin has developed to ensure their colleagues and teams feel heard, empowered and valued – essential components to growing trust.

We’ll also discuss how you can take this approach into tactical moments in onboarding, performance coaching and day-to-day interactions so you can identify opportunities to apply this learning in your own world immediately.
