USING DATA TO SUPPORT YOUR TECHNOLOGY CULTURE
Your values are the beliefs and principles that everyone on your team shares, and your culture is the social contract for how those values are expressed on your team.
As a leader, part of your role is to create an environment where that social contract is upheld.
How can do you that?
Certainly one thing you can do is lead by example and provide feedback, but can we use data? What habits contribute to a healthy engineering team culture? What data points reveal those habits?
Attendees will learn about techniques for encouraging healthy engineering habits with data, and take away ideas for applying those techniques to their teams.
